Our baler twine is made from virgin polypropylene (PP) with UV protection, providing a durable material structure for agricultural baling and outdoor handling.
The PP split-film construction provides a flexible twine structure designed for smooth handling and reliable tying performance.
Baler twine needs to work together with the baler’s tensioning and knotting system. Consistent twine structure and diameter help support stable knot formation and bale integrity.
Different baling operations require different twine constructions. We offer 1-layer, 2-layer, 3-layer, and 4-layer options according to customer requirements.
Our standard specification is 2.5 kg per roll with approximately 1,000 meters per roll, while other roll weights from 0.5–10 kg can be customized.
Standard colors include red, blue, yellow, orange, and white. Custom colors, diameters, roll weights, and packaging can also be supplied for wholesale and OEM orders.
